Shipping Information

We want to make sure you are happy with your order and your shopping experience at Sapphire Boutique is seamless. 

All orders placed Monday-Thursday before 12 PM (EST) will begin processing and ship within 24 hours*, pending availability and credit card authorization. All orders placed Friday (after 12 PM), Saturday or Sunday will begin processing, but not ship until the following Tuesday. (*Holidays excluded)

Sapphire Boutique will contact you with a follow-up email or call if, for some reason, the merchandise you have selected is currently out of stock or if additional identification is needed for credit authorization.

Sapphire Boutique uses USPS for delivery, and therefore are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes.

During checkout, you will have the option of choosing an expedited form of shipping quoted from original USPS shipping rates. *DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS, OR HOLIDAYS

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation that will include the USPS tracking number for your package.

If you decide to refuse any shipments from Sapphire Boutique, you are responsible for both the original shipping cost incurred and the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.

     

In-Store Pick-Up

All online orders for in-store pick-up placed Tuesday-Friday before 11am, will be ready for pick-up the same business day by 3pm. Orders may be picked up during regular store hours. All orders placed Friday after 1pm-Monday will not be ready for pick up until Tuesday after 1pm, unless otherwise stated.
