Sapphire Boutique accepts returns and exchanges on full priced merchandise that has not been worn, altered, or washed, and with all original tags attached for a full refund.
Online Returns must be postmarked to Sapphire Boutique within fourteen days of the original purchase date. Upon receiving your return Sapphire Boutique will issue a refund to how you originally purchased.
In-Store Returns must be returned to Sapphire Boutique within fourteen days of the original purchase date. Upon receiving your return Sapphire Boutique will issue a full refund.
If you have received the wrong product or a damaged item please email us or give us a call so we can resolve this as soon as possible.
All jewelry, clearance items, hats and fascinators are final sale.
Shipping charges will be refunded if you ship your item back to Sapphire Boutique. You are responsible for paying for the returned merchandise. If you decide to return in the store, then you will be refunded the price of the item and tax, but not the shipping.
