Sapphire Boutique accepts returns and exchanges on full priced merchandise that has not been worn, altered, or washed, and with all original tags attached for in-store credit or an exchange.

Online Returns must be postmarked to Sapphire Boutique within fourteen days of the original purchase date. Upon receiving your return Sapphire Boutique will issue a full refund.

In-Store Returns must be returned to Sapphire Boutique within fourteen days of the original purchase date. Upon receiving your return Sapphire Boutique will issue a gift card for in-store credit.

If you have received the wrong product or a damaged item please email us or give us a call so we can resolve this as soon as possible.

All jewelry, clearance items, hats and fascinators are final sale.

merchandise received is not in its original condition or outside of the fourteen day return period.
